Sohini Earrings – Recycled Dhokra Brass
The name Sohini evokes graceful beauty and harmony. Unlike other Dhokra earrings in the collection, these are crafted from 100% recycled brass, an additional eco-responsible approach that complements the ancestral technique of Dhokra, one of the oldest casting processes in the world, practiced by tribal communities in Odisha for over 4,000 years.
Each pair is born from a wax mold, covered with clay, then cast in molten recycled brass. The mold is then destroyed, making each piece of jewelry unique and impossible to reproduce identically.
