KIFF KIFF is a small company: no call center, no copy-pasted automatic responses. When you write to us, we read it, and we respond, usually within 24 business hours.

We can help you choose between two pieces of jewelry, give you details about a traditional craft technique (Dhokra, papier-mâché, mother-of-pearl...), track an ongoing order, or simply discuss a collaboration if you are an artisan or designer yourself. Return and exchange requests also go through here.

All our pieces are shipped from the South of France via Mondial Relay, with free delivery for purchases over €69. For everything else, a quick message is all it takes.
